Joseph Johnstone Glover

14. Joseph Johnstone⁴ Glover (James Anderson³, Joseph², Joseph¹) was born Maxwelltown, Dumfries February 26, 1853. He died April 12, 1908 in Dumfries, at 55 years of age. His body was interred April 16, 1908 St Michael's, Dumfries.

He married Agnes Jardine, Greenbrae, Dumfries, June 10, 1878. Agnes was born 1856, the daughter of Edward Beattie.. Agnes died February 26, 1930 in Dumfries, at 73 years of age.

Joseph Johnstone Glover and Agnes Jardine had the following children:

+ 26 ii. Rev James Anderson Glover was born January 29, 1879.

+ 27 iii. Charles Renwick Glover was born April 27, 1881.

+ 28 iv. Joseph Johnstone Glover was born March 10, 1883.

+ 29 v. Angus Sutherland Glover was born March 30, 1885.

30 vi. Agnes Glover was born Maxwelltown, Dumfries December 10, 1886. She married an unknown person in Germany.

+ 31 vii. Jean Sutherland Glover was born April 8, 1889.

32 viii. Maud Glover was born Maxwelltown, Dumfries February 28, 1891. Maud died November 29, 1978 Kirkfield, Colvend, at 87 years of age.

33 ix. Mary Martin Glover was born Maxwelltown, Dumfries March 1, 1893. Mary died December 1, 1968 in Dumfries, at 75 years of age. Her body was interred St Michael's, Dumfries. She married Robert G McGowan. Bobby was born 1883, and died November 28, 1948 in Old Stakeford, Dumfries, at 65 years of age. His body was interred St Michael's, Dumfries.

34 x. Alexander Milligan Thompson Glover was born Maxwelltown, Dumfries April 7, 1894. Died - unknown date

35 xi. William Aloreburn Dunwidie Glover was born Maxwelltown, Dumfries March 22, 1896. Died - unknown date.

36 xii. Jessie McKie Glover (living status unknown).
